Welcome to Music Player!
----
This is a free program which finds all the wav and mid music files on the selected drive,
and lets you play them. You can also use the JukeBox to play several music files in a row.
Freeware Wav and Midi file player for Windows 95 or Windows NT
----
What is a Music File?
----
A music file is a file on your computer which contains a recording of sounds,
or instructions to play your sound card. The two types of music files
this program searches for are midi files and wav files.
Midi files contain instructions that play your sound card,
much like an old time player piano, and don’t take up much space.
I have included canonind.mid with this program as a sample midi file.
Wav files are actually recorded or digitized sounds, so they can be very big,
and can take up a lot of room on your hard drive.
