NOT hesitate to adopt public policies empowering an Independent
Citizens' Review Committees, to individually review and act upon all such
reports and allegations of abuse and misconduct of any and all persons, whose
conduct, actions or inactions results in the denial or hinderance of any of
the rights or privilieges of any family member, child or individual citizen,
living in these United States of America.
ITS BEEN REPORTED THAT SAN BERNADINO COUNTY SUPERIOR
COURT JUDGE(S), HAVE ISSUED IMPROPER, ILLEGAL OR SUSPICIOUS
SEARCH WARRANTS, CAUSING EVIDENCE AGAINST THEM TO BE
SEIZED -- IN RETALIATION FOR HAVING CHARGES FILED AGAINST
THEM OR THEIR COUNTY OFFICIALS; THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED:
That Any Investigation, Subpeona, Court Order or Warrant to Access,
Search or Seize Material located at this web site, that are deemed by this
web site's webdesigner, to be punitive, retaliatory or otherwise improper
or illegal may NOT be honored or complied with.
CALL FOR PUBLIC REVIEW, INVESTIGATION & FILING OF CIVIL or CRIMINAL CHARGES:
Each U.S. County's "child protection system" should be reviewed, by a Public
Committee, that has the power to review, investigate, use subpeona power to
compel discovery of witnesses and evidence, of any child custody, abuse,
molestation or parental rights case, hearing or proceeding.
Said Public Committee shall have the power, in the interest of justice, to
supercede and pre-empt, any state or federal "privacy" or "immunity" act,
policy, law, policy, code, clause or section, in order to reveal the truth of
any misconduct, crime or wrongdoing of any individual, group, association,
agency, department, be it public, private or governmental, in nature.
Said group shall have the power to levy civil and criminal charges against any
individual, group, association, corporation, agency, department, et cetera,
that is believed to have taken any action or failed to take action, in any case
or situtuation that causes mental or physical abuse of any child or any family
member, or whose misconduct results in the denial of any rights or privileges
to any citizen, or whom has caused a violation of any local, state or federal
law, or the US Constitution or any state Constitution.

criminal or corrupt Citizens, CPS Workers, Judges, Lawyers, Social Service
Program & Service Providers, Government Officials, Legislators, Law
Enforcement Members, Police Officers and some administrators and members
of associated or affiliated clubs, leisure and professional organizations, block
grant recipients, non-profit associations, conferences, national, state or county
bar associations, et cetera, pose a clear and present threat to our nation's
families and pose a clear and present threat to the safety and welfare of our
nation's children.
And, as such, must be investigated and brought to open court, answer for
crimes and acts of misconduct, without the right to use claims of immunity or
privacy to conceal crimes, evade the taking of personal responsibility for or
to hinder or evade independent investigation and prosecution of their crimes.
Such persons and organizations are extremely dangerous, and capable of
retaliation - and I thoughtfully encourage each and every person to carefully
