care & custody decisions that affect our nation's children.

persons that constantly ignore or suppress evidence or allow bias or corruption
to influence their decisions and reports in child custody/abuse cases.
SUMMARIES ILLUSTRATING SYSTEMATIC
ABUSE OF OUR NATION'S CHILDREN
CPS and Professionals related to the deliverance
of "child care and protective services" have been systematically profiting
for more than 30 years at the expense of the mental and physical health
of our nation's children and their families. Billions of Tax
Dollars and Family Savings have been spent to "save children" while the
corrupt individuals and groups of professionals in the "system" have worked
to divide children from their families.
Corrupt and ignorant Judges, Lawyers, Therapists
and other service providers have conspired to prolong and extend court
jurisdiction over our nation's children.
Instead of listening to the children in child custody
cases, they have been influenced by personal and group biases, unfounded
"parental alienation theories" taught at seminars and bought off by "payoffs' in the
form of Bar Association and Family Conciliation donations by parties involved
in child custody cases.
Individual Judges and entire groups of Superior Court
Judges have been disqualified from hearing child custody matters because
of unreported associations and affiliations with groups that have been
profiting by illegal donations and contributions by case parties.
Through the filing of hundreds of thousands of "unfounded"
and biased cases on "behalf of children"; court calendars are backlogged
to the point that even honest Judges are unable to find time to read evidence
and case materials presented by attorneys.
Other Judges have seen fit to spend their time on
golfing and fishing outings during the weekdays with prosecutors and police
officers while the incarceration time of people awaiting trial keeps increasing
because cases are not being heard in a timely manner.

CPS workers, Judges and Lawyers that are violating
children's rights are hiding behind blankets of immunity and "confidentiality",
thereby avoiding exposure of their incompetence and corrupt practices and
not being held accountable for their actions.
Grand Juries investigating corrupt CPS systems and
Judges are held at bay because they are required to be under the guidance
of a Judge.
Gender Bias reigns throughout the judiciaries in
most counties across the country, yet the Department of Justice doesn't
seem to be able to force the Judges to comply with law.
Judicial Councils and "Bar Associations" have done
little to restore justice.
Donations and Contributions made by accused abusers
and molesters have been documented to be passing through non-profit "Bar
Association" related organizations and transferred into Superior
Court Judges Expense Accounts.
In Child Custody Cases, these Judges have ruled in
favor of the person accused of abuse & molest by ordering or approving
CPS suggested "fast track" reunification of children with child accused
abusers/molesters.
