• I sued a court employee who was laundering "custody" bribe monies 
  through the Los Angeles Superior Court. He was fired 4 months after 
  I sued him. 
  
  
  
• He was arrested 2 years after I sued him.  His name is Gregory Pentoney.

• I appeared before the L.A. County Board of Supervisors and asked 
  them to explain the bribery bank accounts,  I had discovered.

• The Auditor said the money in the account was used to buy flowers!  
  
  
  
• Who for? Jennifer Flowers?  I found over 100 thousand dollars, in one bank account alone.

8/15/91, Jennifer Smith was granted sole physical and joint legal custody of the

20 month old minor, "Tommy",  after having endured 9 years of physical and
emotional abuse by her ex-husband, Casey Hashimoto Smith.   Casey was given
the 2nd and 4th weekends of the month for visitation.

Casey, an electrical engineer, began to take her to court with increasing frequency,
to get more and more time with Tommy.

Because of the numerous and frequent court appearances initiated by 
ex-husband:   Casey Hashimoto Smith,   Jennifer Smith lost her teaching 
jobs, 2 homes, & had to file for Bankruptcy,  due to time away from work 
for mandatory court dates.

• Tommy returned from visits with his father black eyes, bruises, a raw penis, headaches,

ear aches, stomach aches, and repeated throat infections.

When he was 4 years old, he had nightmares, night terrors, bed-wetting, depression,
dissociation, insomnia, and nausea.    He openly masturbated openly,  fought with his
friends and developed "ADD", attention deficit disorder.
 
• Jennifer Smith took Tommy, to psychologist Joy Brightup Ph.D.

FLC mediator Connie Arnone and father requested an attorney, for the child. 


• James Steck Esq. was appointed 10/22/94 and openly aligned himself with the father,

who sued for custody a month later.


• Tommy tried to jump from a moving car to keep from going to his father's 
  house and Jennifer Smith was also battered by her former father-in-law and 
  mother-in-law  (during a custody exchange and at the court  house), resulting in 
  Jennifer Smith being falsely convicted of battery and elder abuse (for protecting 
  herself from the attack of her husband's mother).    



• Key Eye-Witnesses were NOT subpeonaed.

 
• Jennifer Smith was also convicted of "Child Concealment" for trying to protect her

son from further abuse,  by his own father.


• Tommy, continued to be ill and have injuries when he returned from visiting

his father, including a broken toe and a black eye. 


• San Bernardino County,  CPS and the  Merced County Sheriff's department refused to

take reports from Tommy's physician Audrey Konow M.D.,  and ignored two reports
from Tommy's therapist:  Linda Fiore, MFCC.
 
• The fathers attorney  Timothy Pittullo Esq. and Tommy's attorney, James Steck Esq.

requested a 730 evaluation by Robert L. Suiter Ph.D.,  despite objections from Jennifer
Smith and her attorney to the evaluation and its admissibility into evidence.

• PER ANONYMOUS EMAILER -- THIS SECTION IS INCORRECT: (replacement below):
  Robert l. Suiter Ph.D.,  found that allegations of violence were "not credible" despite

numerous pictures, hospital reports, police reports, supporting declarations & repeated
admissions by the child Tommy; that he (the father Casey Hashimoto Smith) had
beaten and pointed a loaded gun at Jennifer Smith to kill her, to both Lew Forte Ph.D.,
and Quizzling, M.D.,  a Psychiatrist. 


• Casey Hashimoto Smith also admitted these attacks on criminal case transcripts.

• There Were Repeated Admissions By The "Father" Casey Hashimoto Smith.
  Who, By The Way, Was Diagnosed As Being Borderline Schizoid By
  A Psychiatrist In 1986.
  


• And, I tested "Extremely Normal" on the MMPI-2 (standard psychological
  Test ?). With "Above Average" intelligence.
  


• 12/6/95 -- four months later, Tommy was placed in protective custody by
  Merced County Sheriff's department Detective Sue Norris & Larry Parsley,
  CPS workers Tina Gabriealt, Jessie Sotello & Barbara Wallens, after
  disclosing sexual abuse by his father to 12 different professionals and 3
  different CPS workers.
  


• Ms. Baker (alias for protection)is a foster care related service provider, for
  Merced County, that Tommy disclosed this to, who then reported it to Merced
  CPS Pat Drayton who failed to report it to the Detectives on Tommy's case for
  over 3 months, until I had taped conversation with foster mom and played it
  to Detectives, where Ms. Baker (alias for protection) asked me why CPS or the
  foster mother was threatened by social worker Pat Drayton to have her licensed
  revoked for talking to me and telling me about how CPS wasn't advocating
  for my son Tommy.
  


• Who then shortly there after rapidly developed some form of Alzheimers disease
  like Bill Clinton and couldn't recall telling me that she had told me about CPS
  inactions and individual, inappropriate actions by Social Worker, Pat Drayton.

• Expert witnesses, including the child's doctor, therapist, and neuro-psychologist

Dr. W. Roberts Ph.D., were not allowed to testify in the custody proceedings
by Judge Dennis Cole,  stating that he had to protect "fathers rights" because
Mother didn't get written consent from the father,  before taking him to see his
physician, therapist, psychologist, and neuro-psychologist.
 
• The child's attorney James Steck and Evaluator Robert L. Suiter Ph.D.,

recommended that  the father have custody because, Mother was overly
protective, had thwarted Father's visitation efforts, and was not credible about
alleged abuse and she had manipulated Tommy to make false accusations of
abuse, alienating child against dad and that Dad would be the parent, most
likely to share Tommy.


• Judge Dennis Cole,  awarded sole legal and physical custody to the father,
  on 8/15/95,  ordering Mother to have "no contact" with Tommy's school, not to take
  Tommy to a physician, or therapist.  And that she get a job paying at least $29,000
  and pay child support to the Dad. 
  
  
• Change of custody was against Tommy's wishes to stay with his Mother.


• 12/6/95 -- four months later,  Tommy was placed in protective custody by

Merced County Sheriff's department Detective Sue Norris & Larry Parsley,
CPS workers Tina Gabriealt,  Jessie Sotello & Barbara Wallens, after
disclosing sexual abuse by his father to 12 different professionals
and 3 different CPS workers.


• CPS Case Worker Pat Drayton, withheld the sexual abuse information

from the court,  and failed to take Tommy to the court ordered psychologist,
and then moved to have the case dismissed.


• Minor's Counsel took Tommy to Debra Johnson Ph.D.,  who astonishingly,

recommended that Tommy and his father "sleep in separate bedrooms"
to prevent the father from further molesting of his son, Tommy.


• Judge William T. Ivey, Merced Juvenile Court,  moved to drop the

dependency case on 4/15/96.


• Merced County District Attorney's office sent the criminal case to the

California State Attorney General's office;   Mary Jo Graves, was
appointed counsel,  where nothing has since transpired  despite
her belief Tommy, is still being molested by the father.


• 4/19/96 -- in an "ex parte" hearing,  without notice to Jennifer Smith,

Judge Raymond Van Stockum,  terminated Jennifer Smith's visitation
"Temporarily", refused to recuse himself, despite a demonstrated
"conflict of interest".


• CONFLICT OF INTERESTS:  Judge Van Stockum and Casey Smith's

Attorney Timothy Pittullo,  were former law partners and are presently,
Business Partners together;


• Judge Van Stockum had also given Timothy Pittullo's wife (Sissy

Barker) her job as "Head of Minor's Counsel",  for San Bernardino county. 


• Hence, she was also James Steck's (minor's counsel for Tommy Smith) boss. 



• Judge Van Stockum allowed Steck to interfere with Jennifer Smith ability to

excercise her rights to court ordered visitation w/Tommy.


• 5/12/98 --  the case was moved back to Merced County.  
  Judge Frank Doughrety refused to modify visitation/custody orders. 



• He ordered Jennifer Smith to jail for 10 days, and forced her to have a 
  "51/50" (California State Code) mental evaluation, for which she was 
  found to be just fine (not mentally ill),  just because she was late to 
  a court hearing.


• She (Jennifer Smith) was then assaulted w/ injuries by MCS officers.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Jennifer Smith, is now a former teacher  (lost her teaching credentials) for having gone to jail;   just for trying to protect herself and her son & former law student has only seen her son once in over 32 months.   She is accused of being overly protective of Tommy, who is now forced
to live with the father that he (the child) himself has accused of incest and battery.

Tommy just turned 9 years old, this last November... say a prayer for him.

RESEARCH NOTE:   The Los Angeles County Offices of L.A.
Attorney John Watkins and 6 Licensed Private Investigators (working to
expose corruption in San Bernadino County Courts), were raided late
at night, last month, with 20 "sealed" search warrants, apparently
signed off by a San Bernadino County Judge.

An unamed source from inside the San Bernadino County District
Attorney's Office has confirmed that it appears the raid was
"in retaliation" for the recent charges and suits filed, against
several San Bernadino County Officials.

Evidence seized by the sheriffs was the bulk of the material to be used
to prove allegations of corruption in San Bernadino County Courts.
