Breeding fee on Zippo Pine Glow for 2008 season is $2,000 (Shipped Semen or Early Booking Discount $1,500). Dean R. & Bobbie L. Hodges owners, are referred to as Hodges Ranch.

This service is subject to the following conditions:
1. Booking fee of $300.00 is payable with contract, non refundable. Balance of $1200.00, plus unpaid expenses is paid upon receipt of invoice or mare leaves the ranch, whichever is first. 1.5% percent interest will be charge on accounts passed thirty days due. Contract is governed by the state of Texas.
2. Copy of registration papers, uterine culture, (mare in heat within 30 days) shall accompany mare. Not presented upon mare's arrival, Hodges Ranch's attending veterinarian will test at Mare Owner's expense. Normal pregnancy checks by rectal palpation, follicle checks and artificial insemination charges at the ranch are included. Mare Owner will pay any treating of infections or abnormal breeding conditions.
3. Hodges Ranch agrees to diligently try to settle named mare and shall have sole discretion of determining best method of breeding mare. However, mare does not settle, Hodges Ranch shall be name harmless.
4. Live Foal Guarantee. Live foal means foal stands and nurses. If mare proves barren, aborts foal or foal is stillborn, a return season is guaranteed the following year only, providing proper notification is given. Proper notification is defined as follows: A written certification by a licensed veterinarian that mare has slipped or produced a nonviable foal in the year bred. A chute fee $300.00 will be charged on all returned mares.
5. Breeding season contract begin February 1 and closes August 1 yearly.
6. Should stallion die, unfit for service, Mare Owner may breed mare to another stallion on ranch if agreed by both parties. If mare dies before producing a live foal, Mare Owner may substitute another mare.
7. Breeders certificate issued after all expenses paid and upon notification of foals birth.
8. Waiver of Liability. Hodges Ranch, owners, employees, veterinarians, guests are not liable for any injury, escape, disability, or death of any horse on its premises.
9. This is binding contract subject to the above terms and conditions. This contract is not valid unless signed by both parties. Make checks payable to Dean or Bobbie Hodges
