Now, a CD written in HTML for use in both PC's and Mac's has replaced the E-book. The CD contains this website in its entirety just as the E-book did, with better site navigation as well as site updates that were not available before.
More importantly, the CD also contains an E-book of the latest editions of all of the books in the series Behind Light's Illusion upon which this website is based.
